Resolving Invoices
Occasionally, you may need to correct an error or clear an invoice balance. When an invoice is resolved, a credit memo is created and applied to the invoice. Transactions created as a result of resolving open items have a document number suffix of "-ro" (e.g., 12345-ro).
NOTE
Your financial institution reviews all resolved transactions.

ACCESS
Any transaction list
- Click the invoice's Number on any transaction list.
- From Transaction Details, click Resolve.
- Select the reason.
- Enter a note.
- Click OK to confirm.

Resolve Open Invoices (left navigation pane)
From the Resolve Open Invoices page, you can resolve multiple invoices on multiple pages at once, rather than doing so one at a time in Transaction Details.
- From Resolve Open Invoices, select the check boxes for invoices to resolve (or use the shortcut to select all).
- Verify the count and total amount.
- Click Resolve Open Invoices.
- Select the reason.
- Enter a note (the note should pertain to all selected invoices).
- Click Resolve Selected to confirm.
