Notification Settings for Contacts
ACCESS
- Setup: The notifications pages in Business Center are read only. To manage your contacts and the types of notifications they receive, contact your financial institution.
- View settings: Notifications (top menu bar)
Your financial institution can set up contacts at your business to receive notifications when specific system events occur. You can request notifications to be sent to anyone, whether or not the contact is a system user.
From here you can:
- Select a contact to view the types of notifications the contact may receive.
- View the setup information for each contact. (This page is read only. Contact your financial institution to make changes.)
- Click the Notification History link (left navigation pane) to view the content of individual notifications sent to each contact.
Confirmation of changes to notification settings
When your financial institution changes a contact's notification settings, the contact receives a message to confirm the settings.
