Viewing, Printing, and Saving Reports

Best practice: Because reports are built in near-real-time each time you view them, reports with voluminous data take longer to build. If you plan to refer to a report more than once, you can save time by downloading and saving any reports that you may need again.

The report viewer offers several options to save or distribute a report, using the following work flow:

  1. From Reports, select the report name.
  2. Define report setup options (or use the defaults).
  3. Select Report Format (PDF, CSV, Word, or Excel).
  4. Click Generate Report.
  5. Wait for the report to build. (Lengthy reports, such as a Customer List with hundreds of customers, may take several minutes.)
