About Active and Inactive Customers
The Active or Inactive customer status is based on the Inactivity Limit defined by your financial institution as the number of months that elapse with no activity (e.g., a customer with no activity this month could still be "active").
TIP
To minimize the length of reports, use the Filter by Customer Status option in report setup to filter out inactive customers.
